We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service ("data minimization principle"). We do not collect data in the background beyond what is required for active delivery operations.
Section 03Location Data
What we access: The App requests access to your device's precise geographic location (GPS latitude and longitude) while the App is actively in use.
When we collect location: Location data is collected only during an active delivery session. We do not track your location in the background when the App is not in use or a delivery is not in progress.
Why we need your location:
- To identify your pickup or delivery address accurately
- To show you the delivery driver's real-time position on the map
- To calculate distance, estimated arrival time, and optimal route
- To confirm successful delivery completion at the correct location
- To resolve disputes related to delivery location

We use the data collected exclusively for the following purposes:
- Processing and coordinating delivery orders from placement to completion
- Communicating with you about your order status and support requests
- Improving App performance, features, and user experience
- Sending push notifications about your delivery status

- Resolving disputes and enforcing our Terms of Service
Section 06Permissions & Consent
Before requesting any device permission, the App will display a clear in-app disclosure screen explaining:
- The specific permission being requested
- Exactly why the App needs it
- How the data will be used
Only after you acknowledge the disclosure will the system permission dialog appear.

Retention Period: We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records for up to 5 years under applicable financial regulations).
